The Residents Present What Was Left of Grandpa is a solo album (or "contraption") by Charles Bobuck, long-time composer and keyboardist for The Residents, released by Klanggalerie on October 1st 2015.

Originally proposed as a project for The Residents, the album's lyrics are supposedly based on poems written by the composer's grandfather (also named Charles).

History

Originally intended by Charles Bobuck as a project for his group The Residents, What Was Left of Grandpa was turned down by the group in favor of other projects and revisited later by Bobuck, eventually seeing release as a solo "contraption" on October 1st 2015.
