- My intention was to make a separate page for that eventually. I think it's right that I Am A Resident! is here under "collaborative albums" but other tribute albums would be better off on their own page.

Three new releases around the corner
"Eyeful" by The Residents
The Eyeful series of online releases was active from 25th August 2011 to 26h August 2012. It was called "a Bog benefit", with the Bog being The Residents' blog and chat group. Each download cost 79c when originally issued. So far, this series has never been collected and released on a CD. Now, for the first time ever, we present you The Residents's Eyeful. The Residents are an American art collective best known for their over 60 studio albums that were recorded over a period of over forty years. They also created some outstanding multimedia works, mainly three CD ROM projects and ten DVDs. Working as an anonymous collective, their identitites were kept secret until in 2017 Hardy Fox revealed himself as their primary composer. Hardy died in October 2018, but the group continue to record and perform. Recently, several new albums have been released, among them the brilliant Intruders and Ghost of Hope. Early in 2020, the group was invited to perform their seminal album God in 3 Persons at the MOMA in New York. The Eyeful series of online releases was active from 25th August 2011 to 26h August 2012. - Cosmichobo1 is exactly right. Releases are added to the discography when they're actually released - this is because The Residents have an occasional tendency to delay or shelve their projects indefinitely. Upcoming projects are listed on the home page or on their own articles and when they're released they're included here :)
- I protected this page and others like it because people have been insistent on adding upcoming/unreleased projects to them, or have duplicated entries because they haven't seen something (even when it's there)... all made in good faith basically, but I have a day job which eats most of my life, so I don't have that much time to clean these things up.

- Thanks for your info RykoPrins - I have been slowly working on cross-referencing the Robot Selling Device releases and putting them in the correct release order but as there's a lot of information missing from the archived pages it can be difficult.
- Since the full list of MP3 releases in the Talking Light Live series is extremely long I have listed them under their own page - Talking Light (Live) (series).
